This is an evidence-based, body-first protocol developed specifically for recovery from Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS), grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and somatic regulation — not spiritual bypassing or forced catharsis. This protocol is uniquely effective for: childhood trauma chronic stress complex trauma intergenerational and inherited trauma patterns This is not a yoga class. This is therapeutic nervous system retraining in a safe, contained, in-person environment.
